World Wildlife Fund (WWF)
going to organise Earth Hour campaign on March 28 2009. On 28th
march whole wolrd will save power by switching off light for 1
hour. This Year Earth Hour 2009 has been transformed into the
world’s first global election. And This Election is between global
warming and Earth. 1,858 cities, towns and municipalities in 81
countries have already committed to Vote Earth in Earth Hour 2009.

off your Lights for Earth Hour Saturday March 28, 8-30 - 9-30 PM
On March 28 you can
VOTE EARTH by switching off your lights for one hour.
Or you can VOTE GLOBAL WARMING by leaving your lights
on.
So Dear readers, VOTE
EARTH by simply switching off your lights for one hour only and
join the world for Earth Hour 2009 Day with world.

In 2007 Year Earth Hour
began in Sydney for the first time and 2.2 million homes and
businesses switched off their lights for one hour.
In 2008 the message with
50 million people switching off their lights.
In 2008 year the message
had grown into a global sustainability movement, and 50 million
people switching off their lights which is so much then previous
Year. Global landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge in San
Francisco, Rome’s Colosseum, the Sydney Opera House and the Coca
Cola billboard in Times Square all stood in darkness.
In 2009, Earth Hour is
being taken to the next level, with the goal of 1 billion people
switching off their lights as part of a global vote. Unlike any
election in history, it is not about what country you’re from, but
instead, what planet you’re from. VOTE EARTH is a global call to
action for every individual, every business, and every community.
A call to stand up and take control over the future of our planet.

are 10 different ways to spend Earth Hour and reduce your carbon
footprint
1. Attend a local Earth
Hour event or organize your own by throwing an Earth Hour street
party with your neighbors
2. Gather family & friends for a night picnic in your local park
and look at the stars
3. Enjoy a family dinner by candlelight
4. Organize a treasure hunt in the dark
5. Take the dog for a night walk
6. Have a candle-lit bath
7. Sit in the dark and share stories
8. Organize a family night playing board games
9. Share a romantic night in with your loved one
